After discussing it with Rammy, we decided that 2 more people will be hired as admins on the forum. In order to get selected you must do the following:
-Be active
-Post anything you feel is important
-Try helping by answering any questions
Both me and Rammy will be paying close attention to your activity both in or out the forum, so if you want this position better try hard
